Rented words

The dew has hidden in the ground:

rented words come from it.

Everything needed to learn is bigger in the beginning:

The self is made up of footsteps;

Time gives back what it’s within;

Something inside plays itself.

And what began to stay down

was left to refuse dissent

and

passed,

like a cavity papered over with salt circles.
